Terms and Conditions: Acceptance of buyer’s order is conditioned upon buyer’s assent to the following terms and conditions, and any inconsistent provisions of any purchase order or other writing shall not constitute a part of the contract of sale. If any of these terms and conditions is not acceptable to buyer, Southern Safety & Supply, Inc. must be notified promptly.
Payment Terms: Open account terms of net 30 days from date of invoice are extended to firms upon approved credit application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Pricing and Specifications: All prices reflect the buyer’s new cost in U.S. currency. Prices do not include in-bound freight. Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state and local taxes, charges and duties. Buyer shall pay all such cost. Prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice.
