V-Gard® 500 Protective Caps

Provides cooling vents for improved air circulation and comfort. Features Glaregard® surface underbrim to reduce reflective glare, lateral contours above ear for easy hearing protection integration and rain trough that extends all the way around the brim. Comes equipped with Fas-Trac® III suspension (4-pt. or 6-pt.) and meets all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014: Vented (Class C). Also meets the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 voluntary standard for low temperature [LT] and reverse donning. (MSA)
